Ayo Akinduko is a mathematician, data scientist, researcher and an Innovator with over 15 years’ work experience in diverse industries including Banking, Academia, Tech, Insurance, Business Consulting and Start-Ups. A seasoned business consultant, Ayo has supported over 50 businesses in driving innovation using data analytics, machine learning, AI and mathematical modeling as part of a European Funded Program in partnership with the University of Leicester.
He holds a BTech in Industrial Mathematics from the Federal University of Technology Akure (Nigeria), MSc in Financial Mathematics and Computation, and a PhD in Applied Mathematics from the University Of Leicester (UK). Ayo is well versed in the areas of personal finance management, property investment in the UK, business modeling and strategy.

Dr Tunmise Ayodele is an education consultant who has lived in the United Kingdom for years now and has mapped out sustainable solutions to major issues that impact the lives of immigrants. His expertise includes credit advisory, banking, home purchase, education consultancy, and knowledge of how to remain in the UK legally. He has worked directly in different sectors with employment in places like De Montfort University, Peterborough College, Charnwood Bakery, King Power Stadium, Weatherspoon Pub & Bar, and DPD.
He attended De Montfort University, where he got his master's and PhD in the area of Sustainable development. He has co-founded initiatives dedicated to improving Immigration and Post-Relocation statistics, like Solstice Height Global, where as a managing partner, he has facilitated the smooth transition of many graduate students into the UK, presenting them with vibrant pathways to stable living in the UK.
Ayobami Ajibola
Ayobami Ajibola is a Software Developer with 5+ years of experience in commercial application and custom software implementation. An enthusiastic IT expert who is popularly known for formulating creative ways of solving problems using digital tools and building innovative and cutting-edge business solutions for an impressive suite of clients all around the UK and abroad.
She has also trained as a Network Engineer and worked with Swift Networks Nigeria, implementing network solutions, configuring security systems and maintaining the network infrastructure across the state. Ayobami has trained over 200 Nigerian youths on Web Development in her just-concluded Skill Acquisition Program and has mentored many for a smooth transitioning into the tech industry. She is a Google Developer, a member of Google Women Techmakers London and a member of the Andela Developer Community.

Dr Oluwakayode Aluko is an expert in number of management areas which include Strategy, Leadership and Operations Management. He was previously a Strategy Consultant with several years’ experience in various industry sectors including Engineering, Aviation, Maritime, Energy, and most recently Digital Business. He has successfully led several consultancy projects leading to the generation of innovative Technological and Strategic solutions significantly increasing the revenue of the client firms as well as strengthening their market position.
